Issue View Page Panel

If you want your service desk agents to view the current period report for a specific contract, TicketBook provides an option to add a panel to issue view pages.

Using the Issue View Page tab, you can configure the following settings:

  • Enable or Disable the Issue View Page Panel: Decide whether the issue view page panel displaying the contract’s current period report should appear on issue view pages.

  • Select the Issues: Define which issues on your system will display this contract's information.

  • Set Visibility by User Groups: Determine which user groups will be able to display the panel.


The Panel

When the Issue View Page Panel is enabled for a contract, an issue matches the JQL for that contract panel, and the user is authorized to display the panel, the summary report for the contract's current period will be displayed in a panel at the right hand side of the page.
