Introduction

Keychain - Delegation for Jira aims to provide solutions to delegation needs in Jira workflows.

It uses fundamental Jira configurations elements, like workflow functions, custom fields and JQL functions, to make delegation possible. The app can be used in Jira workflows, permission schemes and also in JSM customer portal approvals.

Using Jira components provided by this app, the Jira admin can configure delegation points in workflows and permission schemes. Then delegations can be defined through Configure Delegations page which will have effect on all points configured via Keychain components.
