There is a known error in Timepiece v6.3.x and v6.4.x, causing loss of existing app settings after upgrading “Timepiece - Time In Status for Jira Data Center” to v6.3.x or v6.4.x, from an earlier version.
This error was resolved in Timepiece v6.5.0
