Jira Portfolio Integration
Jira Portfolio introduces Target Start and Target End custom fields to your Jira system. These fields are used to show the plan dates calculated by Jira Portfolio on your issues. When you commit your changes from your Jira Portfolio plan to Jira issues, Portfolio will sync the Target Start and Target End fields in your plan to the corresponding custom fields on your issues.
Auto Plan Time for TEMPO also supports the use of Target Start and Target End fields for sync. You can select these fields for your Start Date and End Date settings in Auto Plan Time for TEMPO configuration.
When configured this way, Auto Plan Time will update all issues in your TEMPO calendar based on target dates committed by Jira Portfolio plans.
Jira Portfolio uses Target Start and Target End custom fields to show the dates calculated by Jira Portfolio on Jira Issues. When a plan is updated on TEMPO, Auto Plan Time for TEMPO will respond to those updates and change Target Start/Target End field values on issues accordingly.
Please note that these changes are on Jira issues only and will not affect Jira Portfolio plans.
