Setting Permissions
Using the Access Settings page you can set :
Which users can access Timepiece (formerly Time in Status) main reporting page & gadget reports.
Which users can see issue view page tab.
Which users can export data as a file from Timepiece.
Access Settings can be found in Jira Administration >> Apps >> Timepiece (formerly Time in Status) >> Access Settings page.

Don't forget to click on Save Settings after making changes to access settings.
Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports can only be viewed, edited, or configured by users with the appropriate permissions. Access is based on roles such as Owner, Executor, Jira Admin, and optionally defined user groups.
Additional access can be granted or restricted from the Access Settings screen, which is available only to Jira Admin.
Jira Admin always have full access. They can view, edit, and delete any Scheduled Report, regardless of ownership or configuration.
Permission Options

View Scheduled Reports for Self
Allows users to view report where they are the Owner or the Executor. This permission is granted for everyone, and it can not be updated.
View/Configure Scheduled Reports for Self
Allows users to view and configure reports where they are the Owner.
View Scheduled Reports for All
Grants permission to view all scheduled reports (including execution logs), regardless of ownership or role.
View/Configure Scheduled Reports for All
Provides full access to view, configure, and assign Executors for all reports.
