View Options

The View menu provides additional options to customize how change history is displayed in the report:

Highlight changes

When enabled, changes in field values are visually emphasized (e.g., color highlights), making it easier to spot updates in the history. This option is only available in Work-Item Based View.

Expand All

Expands all grouped change entries for every Work Item, allowing you to view the full detailed history without manually opening each group.

Collapse All

Collapses all grouped change entries for every Work Item, providing a more compact view by hiding detailed history under each group.

These options help you adjust the report between a minimal view (with fewer details) and a more detailed, highlighted view depending on your analysis needs.
