How to identify who is the bottleneck in the process ?

Let's presume ...
You have a team of users working on issues in a project and each of your issues represent a piece of work that need to be done. Each issue goes through many statuses and it is assigned to a series of users as part of its workflow.
You feel that some people are overloaded and cannot keep up with the flow of issues so need to see how much time is spent on each user.
Solution
ASSIGNEE DURATION report of Timepiece can be utilized for this purpose.
You should...
- Open Timepiece reporting page.
- Select the project in which the issues reside (or set any other filter to get the issues to report on).
- Switch to ASSIGNEE DURATION report.
- Select your business calendar if you defined one.
- Select the appropriate start and end dates.
The report will show how much time each issue spent assigned to each user.
If, instead of looking at individual issues, you want to get the average durations to see the overall picture, you should:
- Click on List button.
- Select Average option.
- Add Issuetype as the grouping field (You can select other fields or run the report without any grouping fields to see the overall average).
- Click Apply.
The report will show the average time each issue spent on each user for each issuetype.
