Timepiece can calculate how long each issue stays in each workflow status. Using the Consolidated Columns option, you can group multiple statuses into a column and see their combined durations in a single column. (See Status )

The app can report on the time spent per Assignee and per user Group, which allows analysis of work distribution and responsibility over time. (See Report Types)

Timepiece provides date-based reports that list the entry and exit timestamps for each status, making it possible to trace when an issue moved between workflow steps. (See Report Types)

The Duration Between Statuses report type shows SLA-like metrics. (See DBS Metrics )

The Any Field Duration report shows how long each issue field keeps each of its values. This can be used, for example, to measure how long an issue stays with a given priority or component. (See Report Types)

For numeric report types, Timepiece can calculate summary statistics including Sum, Average, Median, and Standard Deviation. (See Report Options)

Timepiece can use custom business calendars to measure durations according to defined working days and hours instead of continuous 24/7 time. (See Calendar )

The app can be accessed using the Main Reporting Page, Issue View Screen Tab or Dashbord Gadgets (See Accessing Time in Status )

You can get any report data via File Exports (See Exporting ) or programmatically via REST API (See REST Reporting )
